Este documento pretende entregar una herramienta para la realización de interventoría administrativa como técnica de infraestructura deportiva en pro del fomento del deporte, la recreación y el aprovechamiento del tiempo libre en la vereda Pedregal del municipio de Tasco - Boyacá. La ley colombiana exige a las entidades de carácter público realizar la vigilancia permanente que lleve a la correcta ejecución del objeto que se contrate, de esta manera es necesario contar con guías que estandaricen esta obligación para proteger la moralidad administrativa y prevenir actos de corrupción. Los elementos y pasos que se presentan son producto de la información que se investigó a partir de experiencias y documentación que se detalla, cada uno de ellos expresamente se configuran como una guía hacia el objetivo final de este trabajo. Específicamente se estudiaron cinco (5) documentos que corresponden a la Guía de supervisión e interventoría del Instituto de Deportes y Recreación de Medellín, el Manual de Contratación Supervisión e Interventoría del Instituto del Deporte La Educación Física y la Recreación del Valle del Cauca, el Manual de Supervisión e Interventoría del Instituto Departamental de Deportes de Antioquia, el Manual de Supervisión e Interventoría del Ministerio del Deporte y el Manual de Contratación y de Interventoría y/o Supervisión del Instituto Departamental de Deporte y Recreación del Quindío. La revisión de estos documentos sumada a la adecuación de acuerdo con el contexto geográfico y administrativo del municipio de Tasco permitió elaborar las prácticas y listas de chequeo que se deben tener en cuenta para ejercer una vigilancia efectiva en los proyectos de infraestructura relacionados con un escenario deportivo en este municipio. Al adoptar este documento los funcionarios y/o contratistas encargados de realizar interventoría técnica y administrativa tienen una guía para ejercer su labor de manera eficiente. |

Colombian law requires public entities to carry out permanent surveillance that leads to the correct execution of the contracted object, thus it is necessary to have guidelines that standardize this obligation to protect administrative morality and prevent acts of corruption. The elements and steps presented are the result of the information that was researched from experiences and detailed documentation, each one of them expressly configured as a guide towards the final objective of this work.
