Summary:Educational infrastructures are the set of physical facilities and basic services that an institution must have in order to obtain a good functioning as an educational center. This should give the student the possibilities of a complete educational experience, covering all areas of learning. Nowadays, with the passing of the years, the educational centers have put aside the topic of infrastructure and, like this, it affects the learning experience, for this reason, in this work the subject will be analyzed and how it influences The education. Its main basis is the transformation strategies for learning environments to strengthen creative thinking in schools in the city of Cartagena. To determine this, the characteristics, problems and needs of the institutions were analyzed, to determine the current situation and what are the critical points where work must be done to solve the problem. The most suitable was chosen to intervene, based on spatiality and problems. (Educational Institution July 20). Which, a redesign was carried out, proposing new alternatives for distribution, location and setting of educational spaces, taking into account the main characteristics, standards or ideas for the design of these environments in the country; adapting these designs with the environmental, social and economic characteristics of the city. All this in order to generate strategies that allow the implementation of new concepts that enrich creative thinking, in addition to strengthening our training as architects
