Summary:The objective of this study is the development of potentialities in early childhood; In this sense the central objective of the research is to understand the current context of skills development processes in children from 0 to 5 years.The work contains preliminary aspects to the analysis of the findings, such as the problem approach, the formulation of the problem, which is established by the question: why is there so much practice that increases the skills of children from 0 to 5 years? And justification.In the theoretical framework, the themes and concepts of analysis that are taken into account in research are constructed, including massification, empowerment, early childhood empowerment and massification of empowerment in early childhood. In this theoretical process, authors such as Nuñez (1980), Peña (2010), Saldarriaga (2010), Mills (1970) and Vigotsky are recognized.The methodological strategy used in the investigative process is qualitative; Through the narrative technique the findings of the investigation are established.The findings obtained during the research phase, collect some reflections on what was analyzed in scenarios where strategies or aids for the potentialization of skills are presented.Finally the conclusions, in a concrete way, contain elements that allow us to present how the question of inquiry was answered through the course. In the conclusions are collected the results of the process and the final reflections that can be provided as a result of the research.
