Description
Summary:The form in the architecture is established as a primordial factor that is normally defined by aspects related to functionality. While there must be coherence between the interior and its envelope, many times the design proposals leave aside too important aspects that can influence the definition of the morphology of an architectural project. In the case of housing in hot and humid climates, this implies a thorough and prior assessment of the climatic conditions in order to guide the architectural design towards achieving comfort inside the spaces. The answers are associated with cultural conditions, product of the tradition of a region and the techniques that have been developed over time supported by technologies based on indigenous materials, which over the years were consolidated and is currently considered as vernacular. The objective of this work is to develop an architectural design of multifamily housing in the city of Sincelejo with morphological and spatial definition based on the understanding of the variables of sunlight and natural ventilation
