La ética y la moral en la gestión pública: Análisis crítico desde el deber ser del servidor público del municipio de Bello-Antioquia

Ethics and public morals constitute the fundamental pillars of the duty of the public servant and have constitutional support in article 2° of the Political Constitution of 1991 that determines the purposes of the State and the duties of the authorities in Colombia. In this context, a critical analysis is proposed; where the notion of ethics and moral is taken into account, its normative foundations at national and local level, analyzing the normative support in the municipality of Bello-Antioquia. Finally, a call is made to the servants to appropriate of the ethical and moral principles, incorporated in rules such as the Code of Ethics of public servants and the Code of Good Government, product of the consensus of the officials of the Municipal Administration of Bello, the participation in its construction, the commitment to its application and the respect for its conservation
