Description
Summary:In the researching work it is exposed a hiring modality very used by the organizations, which is denominated subcontracting or as it is commonly called in English “outsourcing”. Initially, we made the recollection of some information about this instrument, as well as its history, concepts, advantages and disadvantages, among others; then, we relate the current events with the use of a contract in Colombia, in order to establish an analysis of how this affects the organization and the employee. For its development we used the methodology based on the non-experimental design, under a qualitative approach, and the documentary technique. Nowadays in Colombia several forms of outsourcing are used, such as: cooperatives of associated work, temporary services companies and union collective contracts among others, which in some cases are not being well used and as a consequence they bring great problems to society, that is why it is so important to analyze all those tools that organizations use to contribute with good practices and achieve favor to all the actors within the system
