Summary: | The performance of motor skills in childhood comprises a fundamental process in the life of each human being since this marks the line of growth and development of the child, However, there are diseases such as malnutrition that affect this process causing alterations in the structures and skills of minors. Objective: To review the scientific evidence on the relationship between malnutrition and the performance of gross and fineadaptive motor skills in children aged 0 to 5 years. Methodology: it was investigated in different scientific databases as they were (Science Direct, Academic Google, Scielo, Pubmed, Scopus and Ebsco) the total of bibliographic products released by these were 53,491 papers from the application of inclusion and exclusion criteria were obtained 16 studies respectively 4 theses and 12 articles taken as references to carry out this bibliographic review. Result: The search was carried out in a manual, simple and advanced way, in this way we corroborated the nature and veracity of the information, taking into account essential aspects such as methodological quality and scientific evidence, provided by said studies. After carrying out the study analysis process, it was determined that malnutrition effectively affects the performance of gross and fine-adaptive motor skills of infants. |
