| Summary: | This work intends to serve as a guide for the prevention of the use of psychoactive substances in childhood, two phases were implemented for its construction; the first one stablished the literature review and systematization of the information and the second one presents a proposal to apply a promotion and prevention program. Through the literature tracking you could find some key elements that allowed reconsider the initial proposal, because it had not taken into account the importance to include the relevant actors (family and educators) in the prevention program. The playful features and meaningful learning are emphasized like basic elements oriented toward the prevention in childhood.
