Gestión de la calidad como pilar fundamental del desarrollo de las organizaciones, aplicado a pequeñas empresas en el campo de la arquitectura y construcción

Throughout this article we will be able to find the strategies that have served to improve the quality of some companies and which have been considered in the Icontec norms as a point of reference or standard, which guides companies in search of improvement of the quality, among these we can find the management skills as a pillar of the development of the companies, in addition to the application of the general rules to put in function of the different production processes, in the same way we will be able to determine which are those applicable steps and principles They allow the improvement of the quality of products or services, where these allow to improve the consumer experience and which leads to the vertiginous growth of micro and small companies. The guidelines provided by quality management can be applicable to any type of company in the field of architecture and construction, in turn, they can be developed in any type of organization other than these since they are of a general nature to achieve the excellence of these.
