Summary: | The present research seeks to design an improvement plan for the company Copier King of the city of Cali, in which a preliminary study will be developed to evaluate the weaknesses of the company. By means of this, the different problems that the company has in its different areas will be identified, orienting its improvement in the financial area, because it generates utility, but this is not sufficiently profitable for the owners of the company, which is a subject worrying and important for the Copier King.The intervention started with a diagnosis of the situation, for which all areas of the company were reviewed. Once identified the area of greatest dissatisfaction for the management of the company, an improvement plan is designed that is designed with strategies and actions that help to achieve the vision of the company for the year 2021, this includes especially the organization of the financial area with the design of planning tools, such as budget, cash flow and the design of strategies for the marketing area, which impact on the company's management results. |
