| Summary: | In the present research inform it is pretended tackle the parental co-responsibility in Colombia, specifically was inquired the family role in the boys and girls and adolescent Rights Protection. For that, the topic literature was research including Colombia and Latin-America, but mainly in Colombia’s Legislation, in order to get a conceptual definition about the parental co-responsibility. Finally was found that the co-responsibility is not clearly defined or established and in general in Colombia are three principal entities or actors co-responsible over the children education: Family, State and Society. |
