Inicia con el análisis urbano del sector estadio, barrio recomendado para la ubicación del edificio; y a su vez una serie de laboratorios en busca de la mejor respuesta a las variables positivas y negativas involucradas en dicho análisis. En los laboratorios se estudian diversos ámbitos, como: Paisajístico, urbano, técnico y forma; donde se toman como muestra edificios que presenten características necesarias para realizar el estudio de cada ámbito.
