Summary:The following work paper is the result of a diagnosis of the organizational environment of the personnel of the Corporación Escuela Tecnológica Del Oriente, locate in Bucaramanga. The investigation is descriptive and quantitative type. The population was composed by 45 employee distributed between men and women, belonging to all areas within the institution and all the hierarchic levels. The questionnaire of 45 questions was applied to all the employee, known like Instrumento de Medición del Clima Organizacional en Empresas Colombianas (IMCOC), designed and validated in Colombia (Méndez, 1995), that measures the following variables: Objective, Cooperation, Leadership, Decision making, Interpersonal relations and Motivation. We conclude based on the results that the organizational environment of the Corporación Escuela Tecnología del Oriente demonstrates a high degree of satisfaction from the employee. They show a high sense of loyalty and conformity with the organization
