| Summary: | This project seeks to propose improvements to the production line of a manufacturing workshop in the downtown of Medellin, the aforementioned taking into account some of the tools of the Lean Manufacturing Methodology, which in their work philosophy tend to mitigate the waste in the operation, making better use of available resources. In the same way, other tools of industrial engineering are applied, such as the redistribution of the company's plant, in order to take better advantage of the spaces they have, as well as using process maps, process analytical diagrams, and takes time, in order to collect information and establish the most appropriate improvements for the organization. |
