| Summary: | The purpose on this study was to propose a work stress intervention for the companies Petroindustrial and Alfa Gres. According to the latest results in witch was applicate the battery of psychosocial risks of the ministry of labor in the company Petroindustrial and Alfa Gres. Yielded a percentage of the 33% and 35% of their worker’s present symptoms of stress. Therefore, it is necessary to formulate an intervention plan for prevent and stress management in both companies, with the aim of improving. |
