Summary:	This reflexive theoretical article approaches the aggressiveness starting with the Freud´s and Lacan´s postulate, which allow conceptualizing as a tendency that has its source in the pulsional life, particularly in one of its poles, the death pulsion; it’s a construction way of social bone and identification between pairs; constitutive dimension of narcissism. This work aims to understand how is transmitted the aggressiveness for the subject who is internship in a childish protection institute, when appears the symptom represented in repetitive aggressive manifestation, which are indicators about the institutional structure produces and the possible relationship in that place. The article is an invitation to the construction of answers shares directed to boys, girls and teenagers (BGT) and their relatives to recognize in the institute the possibility to help them during the administrative process of restoration of rights.
