It explores the clinical aspects of the intervention and the effects of training on the development of emotion regulation strategies in a sample of 35 first-year engineering students. A hermeneutic comprehension analysis methodology is employed to assess participants' verbal feedback and expressions during the sessions, identifying clinical aspects and training efficacy. Clinical aspects identified include the development of Cognitive Reappraisal skills such as attentional focus and meaning attribution, as well as controlled breathing behaviors. Participants positively evaluate the training's efficacy, noting impacts in both academic and personal development.MaestríaMagíster en Psicología Clínica18 páginasapplication/pdf(Villarreal-Silva et al., 2024) Villarreal-Silva, V., Lopera-Díaz, V., Tamayo, Y.
