| Summary: | This article presents the results of a study that sought to determine if the interaction with the Canapote Family Commissioner of Cartagena de Indias, influences the generation of social capital for its users and officials. It was a descriptive research with case study design. Making use of the survey technique, it collected information that identified the existence of trust, solidarity demonstrations and institutional recognition as indicator dimensions of presence of social capital. The results allowed corroborating the argument that started the investigation: if the generation of social capital is possible through interaction with an external agent (Public Organization). |
