Summary:Anxiety usually cause many discomforts in the human, but they increase during the midterms, which becomes a frequent barrage of negativity thus affecting the full State of well-being and academic performance of college students. Various authors agree that anxiety is a pattern of recurrent response that has many factors displacenteros that lead the student to not develop their full potential during these evaluations, even the simple act of thinking about the possibility of them predisposing and increases levels of anxiety. The overall objective of this research is based on describing components cognitive, physiological, and behavioral anxiety index before the midterms in college students using the quantitative method not experimental and as the main instrument "against University exams anxiety questionnaire" or CAFEU (for its acronyms in spanish) applied to the second student population (II) to fifth (V) half of the University of San Buenaventura sectional Cartagena where a total sample of 176 students, trainees of the semesters referred to above, enrolled in psychology, physical therapy and chemical engineering programs to measure their degree of anxiety facing the midterms was calculated in a probabilistic manner...
