Summary: | This project aims to reduce indicators broken nonconforming product in the line of cement due to the absence of adhesion or Embedding in the finished product, identified by the area of production, since in 2014 the defect, had a significant relevance in the final product equivalent to 12.37% nonconforming plate, representing a cost overrun of $ 172'887.869 year for the production area. I was seen in the statistical analysis of the variable in the last month had an increase above the historical average for the year (54.239 kg). Therefore it is very important to control the defect in the product to reduce cost overruns that are being generated in the production area. |
