Description
Summary:The text proposed, start on the premise that has been characterized Colombian literature, understood as a manifestation of our culture, because it captures elements of our historical and imaginary, reality determined by its condition, tropical and heterogeneous, mestizo and, now, coupled with extremely complex historical situations such as those arising from the armed conflict between guerrillas, paramilitary groups, drug trafficking and armed forces. In this trial, and in the light of the foregoing, and reflection motivated by the text of Doris Sommer: mal de María: (con) fusion in a national affair, to examine the narrative Poetics of Jorge Isaacs, as an expression of the struggle of human beings by unravel its own contradictions through art as life experience. We will also analyze the relationship between identidad-ficción and reality, as an axis that traverses aspects related to narrative discourse, its structure, and the style of the novel.
