Investigación de mercados potenciales del sector de ensamble, reparación y mantenimiento de máquinas de casinos para la empresa Inversiones Vásquez Sierra SAS

Inversiones Vasquez Sierra Company is a family business is recently constituted in order to perform in the gambling sector, specifically in the slot machines’ industry with the assembly, repair, maintenance and the sale of supplies for casinos. The company seeks to implement a basic plan for potential market research, because it lacks of this necessary information to offer its products to the public. Identify characteristics, magnitude and preferences of its customers has become in a fundamental need. The trouble is that is unknown what kind of casino will be interested in the services that the company offers. Throughout a field research methodology, interviews are carried out to the legal and formal casinos operators. mong large, medium and small casinos that are identified depending of the number of machines, being the small casinos with 20 until 30 machines, and the medium and large casinos with more than 30 electronic slot machines. 9 The small casinos (20 until 30 machines) are the ones the company has identified as potential clients, because the needs that the 7 casinos with this characteristic expressed and demonstrated that the service that they currently have is not good and they would like to have the service that they require from a trustworthy company, with quality and prices conditions, likewise with the purchase of supplies and parts of electronic slot machines.
