Description
Summary:In 2014, it has been observed in the area of finished product packaging lot of stops along the conveyor belts; and sometimes shock lumps of sugar, it produces bands stand causing unproductive time at the station. With the tools of Lean Six Sigma as herringbone, value-added analysis, the voice of the customer, SIPOC and other tools, root causes and the respective improvements were found for them. Initially a sigma process is 0.65 and the implementation had increased to 4.02, also be appreciated that the process was decentralized and then was centralized, taking longer than a million (1,000,000) data, only five thousand one hundred sixty new (5,169) data out of the process.
