Summary:The following document presents a project to reduce the time cycle in process of manufacture of concentrates for laying hens in order to increase their productivity, this process is conducted in the company concentrates the Bastille located in the City of Tuluá, Valle. It seeks to meet the current demand of the market which will increase, gaining thus improve the production capacity of the company, increase competitiveness and positioning in the market. The implementation of the project will take place under the philosophy of Lean Six Sigma, implementing different tools with the aim of identifying, analyze and solve the problems that hinder the process optimal, all this on the basis of the implementation of the project in the DMAIC methodology.
