Summary:Financial management is one of the fundamental areas from which the different physical and economic resources of the company are managed efficiently and it is important since the entire process is executed there for optimum decision making, in which it is collected, analyzed, classifies and raises based on the results continuous improvement project for the business, creates strategies and carries them out according to the figures analyzed; that is why financial management not only covers the economic part, it is also linked to each area of the company from inventory, budget, cost, payroll; Financial management is highly linked to making decisions regarding the assets and their financing structure. This article seeks to highlight the importance of financial management for decision making, from a purely argumentative point of view and through the analysis of financial statements.
