Summary:The body, a complex concept that goes beyond the organism and who is privileged in the subjects to consciously and unconsciously externalize internal conflicts. In that sense the body is a form of language where primacy is a wordless saying; Transcends the field of the biological and shows us that behind the body as an organism there is a subject who possesses it. Being a wordless saying, it emits signals, waiting to be interpreted. In the disease and the diseases of the organ is not the exception, here the subject afflicted physically also has something to say; But also in the impossibility of accessing a symbolic understanding of what happens in his body, the subject experiences feelings of anxiety and anguish. Finally, what this document seeks is to explore, expose and restore the notion of subject suffering from a disease and the place of the body in it; As well as the importance of the corporal symptom in the clinical exercise, starting from a differentiation with the biomedical model
