| Summary: | This review article deals with motivation as a factor of business success and its final purpose is to make known the importance of motivation as a factor of success in the company. The accomplishment of this writing was done under documentary methodology, where a considerable number of bibliographical references were consolidated in a systemic way and from different online sources to give meaning to the document developed, until arriving at answering the research problem, highlighting the importance of the central theme from aspects such as organizational culture, incentives, communication, job, satisfaction and others, which help to sustain and remain business in a competitive environment. |
