La perspectiva humanista-existencial y la comprensión de los sueños: una revisión teórica

This article presents a conceptual review about the comprehension of dreams in different existent perspectives in the humanistic-existential psychology: Gestalt, Focusing and existential psychology. Besides, it takes over the conception of phenomenology about dreams since this is one of the epistemic main source of humanistic-existential psychology. It is also performed an argument where it has add in relief the fundamentals and the ways in where each one of them understands what the dream is about, also is create a short indication about the methods and techniques that are used. In the debate, exist differences respect the techniques and concepts in the diverse theories, by the other side it is found that all of them are compatible at one fundamental point: the elucidating meaning of dream and the last realization of every concept on experience, in other words, the comprehension has to be with all that is really experienced and is captured by intuition. Also, the intention is to indicate the interpretation of dreams, as a required task on psychotherapy process and in the training of psychologist like clinical
