| Summary: | The politicized subject is the subject of reproduction of the political system. However, it is also power for the emergence of the political subject when denatured social practices symbolize the skyline of the collective action. The hypothesis of this paper is that the Constitution of 1991 as instituting moment in the history of Colombia was the result of a network of socio-economic and politico-cultural tensions, thanks to Kaleidoscope contingency allowed the emergence of the political subject.
