Summary:	This research is part of the project of Teacher Ronald Rojas Alvarado in the Systematization of the Work of Degree of the first cohorts of Specialization in Integral Project Management Program of Postgrad of the Faculty of Engineering of the University of San Buenaventura Cali. Its purpose is to systematize the memories of work Specialization degree in Integral Project Management cohort Third St. Bonaventure University. The methodology used was a descriptive exploratory approach with a design or systematic interpretive framework. The data collection was done through consultation in databases digital and physical data; the information was obtained by physical documents and websites. Once completed, it was classified and analyzed, which allowed start drafting the methodology for systematization of information. As a result a methodology adapted from existing methods to systematize such as content analysis and systematization of experiences, making consolidation and characterization work degree from the application of the Matrix data collection. The study allowed to develop a digital document to provide the basis of systematic knowledge of the work of degree of the third cohort whose axis of systematizing the management tools in different areas of knowledge in the planning and monitoring and control of projects.
