La ansiedad es un trastorno de salud mental comun que puede tener un impacto significativo en la calidad de vida de las personas. Se caracteriza por una sensacion constante de preocupación, tensión o miedo que puede interferir significativamente en la vida diaria. A nivel mundial, se estima que mas de 284 millones de personas padecen algun tipo de trastorno de ansiedad. Además, la pandemia de COVID-19 ha exacerbado los problemas de salud mental, incluyendo la ansiedad, lo que aumenta la urgencia de encontrar soluciones efectivas para tratar y manejar estos trastornos. La disponibilidad de aplicaciones moviles ofrece una forma accesible y económica de acceso a inter- venciones psicologicas y de seguimiento de la salud mental. Ademas, una aplicación móvil permitiríaa las personas acceder a la informacion y el apoyo que necesitan en cualquier momento y en cualquier lugar, lo que puede ser particularmente beneficioso para aquellos que tienen dificultades para acceder a los servicios de atencion médica debido a la distancia, los costos o la limitada disponibilidad de los servicios. Es por ello que resulta aun más relevante desarrollar una aplicación móvil que brinde información y recomendaciones sobre como manejar la ansiedad, técnicas de relajación y seguimiento del progreso del tratamiento, con una interfaz clara e intuitiva. Esta herramienta se centrara en brindar una solución accesible y valiosa para aquellos que padecen ansiedad, que les permita manejar sus síntomas y mejorar su calidad de vida. |

Se caracteriza por una sensacion constante de preocupación, tensión o miedo que puede interferir significativamente en la vida diaria. A nivel mundial, se estima que mas de 284 millones de personas padecen algun tipo de trastorno de ansiedad. Además, la pandemia de COVID-19 ha exacerbado los problemas de salud mental, incluyendo la ansiedad, lo que aumenta la urgencia de encontrar soluciones efectivas para tratar y manejar estos trastornos. La disponibilidad de aplicaciones moviles ofrece una forma accesible y económica de acceso a inter- venciones psicologicas y de seguimiento de la salud mental. Ademas, una aplicación móvil permitiríaa las personas acceder a la informacion y el apoyo que necesitan en cualquier momento y en cualquier lugar, lo que puede ser particularmente beneficioso para aquellos que tienen dificultades para acceder a los servicios de atencion médica debido a la distancia, los costos o la limitada disponibilidad de los servicios. Es por ello que resulta aun más relevante desarrollar una aplicación móvil que brinde información y recomendaciones sobre como manejar la ansiedad, técnicas de relajación y seguimiento del progreso del tratamiento, con una interfaz clara e intuitiva.
