| Summary: | The objective of this paper is to design a quality plan in the injection process of a plastics company, since, based on a previous analysis, it was identified that the product presents undesirable defects in appearance and quantity of units per Packaging, affecting the good image of the brand. To this end, quality controls were performed on the product with statistical tools of acceptance and rejection; The pertinent information was gathered for the construction of the necessary documentation for the injection sub-process based on ISO 9001: 2015, using the quality indicator for the measurement of its impact. |
