Description
Summary:The objective of this project was to identify the techniques developed over time by different authors and management theorists. Techniques that allowed implementing organizational assessment of an investment project in the formulation stage. During data collection and classification of the literature has found that each author defines its own elements to respond or to get closer to what should be regarded as the fundamental basis of an evaluation of this type; however, they are not sufficiently explicit in the synthesis of common elements, let alone indicate when the tools should be applied to obtain satisfactory results in each of these. The purpose of this research is the analysis of each of the variables identified as essential to address organizational assessment from the perspective of each author, their benefits for the project and the scope of each of them within the organizational assessment, then convergence and establishing correspondences between the variables identified in order to raise what the instruments are the best to define the scope of each one.
