En el presente trabajo de grado, comparto la narración de mi experiencia pedagógica desde mi perspectiva como docente en formación, poniendo en evidencia las numerosas situaciones realmente importantes que vivimos los maestros mientras desempeñamos nuestra labor y las cuales en la mayoría de los casos mantenemos en silencio. El contenido de este documento supone un llamado a todos los maestros para que se atrevan a leer, escribir, compartir y hablar sobre sus experiencias pedagógicas, se trata de una invitación a reflexionar sobre todo lo vivido en el contexto escolar, con el fin de reconstruir dichas experiencias y convertirlas en nuevas formas de pensarse la educación.Will I be a good teacher, will the students pay attention to me, will my proposal be relevant, will my nerves show? These and countless other questions we teachers often ask ourselves, especially when we face a classroom for the first time or when we take our first steps in the educational field, because we go through different pedagogical experiences that, being positive or not, make us go through paths full of uncertainty or serenity, that teach us, challenge us and make us vulnerable, leading us to reflect not only in our professional but also in our personal sphere; These experiences are often not recounted or taken as an object of study in the educational field, overlooking the opportunity to analyze, reconstruct and interpret them as valuable knowledge that allows us to rethink about what it means to be a teacher, and how to open new paths in favor of education. In this graduate work, I share the narration of my pedagogical experience from my perspective as a teacher in training, highlighting the many really important situations that we teachers experience while performing our work and which in most cases we keep silent. The content of this document is a call to all teachers to dare to read, write, share and talk about their pedagogical experiences.
