Summary:The Construction of a life's proyect in teenagers and young people is based on a fundamental aspect that define the outlook and perspective of each individual, comes from self-acknowledgement, its values, its strengths and weaknesses and likes. Also, Family, friends and school is a determining factor who from the institutional autonomy, have the power to mainstream formation, actions that put together educational factors in favor of student's goals in order to achieve their life proyect. This way the management areas can be intervened to visualized and act in favor of the personal and professional proyects to invest in the educative community to integrate all the factors in favor to improve the educational process in vulnerable contexts like Comuna number 5 in Medellin City where the educational institution Republica de Uruguay is located , in which the young and teenagers don't see the possibility of a higher and professional education due to their social and economic backgrounds.
