| Summary: | This document aims to make a diagnosis of university social responsibility for the Universidad de San Buenaventura-Bogotá regarding external interest groups. Reflection arises from the perspective of sustainability, and a qualitative approach in which the perceptions of each group involved are valued. It is found a favorable perception about the actions of the university framed on an ethical perception, although problems are evident with the handling of fair trade with suppliers and management of environmental impacts. |
