Utilizando una metodología estructurada basada en CRISP-DM, se gestionó el proyecto desde la ingesta de datos hasta la visualización de resultados. Los hallazgos del análisis se presentan de manera visual en Power BI, facilitando la interpretación y proporcionando insights valiosos sobre la percepción de los eventos por parte del público. Este trabajo ofrece una perspectiva integral sobre cómo se perciben estos eventos en las redes sociales y aporta información útil para organizadores y stakeholders interesados en la gestión y promoción de eventos culturales en Medellín. |

Through the collection and analysis of tweets related to these events, we seek to identify and understand public opinion patterns and their impact on the general perception of these cultural events. Using a structured methodology based on CRISP-DM, the project was managed from data ingestion to visualization of results. The findings of the analysis are presented visually in Power BI, facilitating interpretation and providing valuable insights into the public's perception of the events.
