Summary:The text seeks to explain a psychoanalytic reflection of the concepts of "child" regarding concerning education for early childhood in Colombia, highlighting that since the conceptual framework of psychoanalysis, it would be impossible to public policy think these educational policies without considering the uniqueness subjective. In this sense, a reflection on what an institution for child development can provide children in early childhood, noting that psychoanalysis is interested in a learning perspective oriented symbolic poses. On the other hand, the implications of being considered "vulnerable" is also raised and how this is reflected in these policies. To conclude we want to postulate a place for psychoanalysis in a context such as development institutions early childhood, how well they reflect contemporary issues of social order, such as vulnerability and marginalization.
