Plan de negocios para la consolidación de un salón de belleza ante el COVID-19 Universidad de San Buenaventura Seccional Cartagena

Business plan carried out with the objective of creating a beauty salon that provides personalized services in the city of Cartagena and that meets all the requirements required by the creation of companies in this pandemic time, its focus will be local women 3 of the city, who will be provided with high quality procedures with the best care and an affordable price. The viability of this project will be analyzed through market research to identify the preferences and limitations that exist from the coronavirus, in turn strategic thinking will be established that guarantees the implementation of this beauty salon and a plan will be drawn up, operational, organizational and financial for its implementation. In conclusion, it is planned to provide through the implementation of this business plan an opportunity for employment and development in the sector and in the same way a solution to the latent need for biosecure, comfortable and reliable spaces.
