Summary: | The Jamundi Municipality has been gain notoriety in the region due to be a town which gives development for the North Cauca State population as well as the South Valle of Cauca State. The objective of this document is to find how territorial marketing could make a local development strategy in Jamundi Mucipality. Bibliography revision was a must, consequently at the first step an exploration study is used and then a descriptive. In the last decade with the grown of Cali city, Jamundi has been seen as a center of real estate expansion what has reduced urban distance between them and proposed new growth, economical, social and cultural challenges more even infrastructure. However, this proximity with Cali has forced Jamundi residents to partiality depend of services which are not found locally, in fact is negative considering that is a dependency and a limitation for the local economical growth. In that way is needed to get better some dimensions of the local development so it might help to build a territorial marketing strategy that improves the municipality. |
