| Summary: | This document makes explicit reference to the novel and daring relation between management and educational services. Novel because until now only arises the interest in thinking about this relation in our Colombian context and daring because the practice of management is assumed to belong exclusively to the large corporation and therefore is away from educational services that have always been directed based on the good will of professors with management positions or entrepreneurs with a commercial principles but no educational profile. The document then, further than a theoretical or methodological reference concerning the management of educational services, is a text that contains thoughts on this relation, insights that go through the concept of managing as a senior manager for educational services in our context so as to gradually assume the necessity, the suitability, and the appropriateness of this concept in the current logic of commodification, liberalizing, and transcendence of educational services. |
