Summary:Introduction: The Medullary Lesion (LM) defines as any pathological process, of any etiology, that works to the spinal cord and can originate alterations of the neurological function below the lesion. These alterations can be motor, sensitive and autonomic, Lesions in the world, traumatic injuries, the situation between 40 and 80 years. raquimedular was wounded by a firearm, followed by traffic accidents. The average age was 28 years and 91% were male. The average stays in the ICU were six days, 56% of the patients required mechanical ventilation and 37% required a tracheotomy. Objective: characterize the process of rehabilitation of a patient with spinal cord injury, from their care in the ICU, to their domiciliary physiotherapeutic intervention. Methodology: Case study, where a patient with a diagnosis of spinal cord injury is presented, who underwent a pre-intervention evaluation and a subsequent re-evaluation. The information collected from the patient and significant data were obtained thanks to the information provided by the Blas de Lezo clinic, the physiotherapist in charge of the rehabilitation of the patient and corresponding readings of articles, bibliographies, etc...
