The SEM analysis carried out made possible to offer a simple and brief scale (only 14 items) with excellent psychometric properties (α=0,84; criterion validity=64%), to be used to assess the quality of health care in the field of drug addiction .

La calidad percibida además de constituir un indicador del grado de excelencia alcanzado por una organización, es también un magnífico predictor de la actitud del individuo frente al tratamie nto y su adherencia. Este trabajo se plantea con el objetivo de validar empíricamente una herramienta capaz de evaluar de manera válida y fiable la calidad percibida en este ámbito. Para ello fueron entrevistados 931 usuarios de las unidades asistenciale s que integran actualmente la red de dispositivos del Servicio Gallego de Salud (España).
