Summary:Job satisfaction is affective and positive orientation towards employment, being an emotional state of the person, influenced by how, motivation, attitudes and skills; it is for this reason that in this investigation it is proposed as a general objective, to identify the relationship between the types of bonding and the job satisfaction in the employees of the plant Frigocolanta located in Santa Rosa de Osos; And as specific objectives, to identify the conditions of employee engagement, to evaluate the levels of job satisfaction according to the type of relationship, and to relate the levels of job satisfaction and types of relationship in employees, all of these developed in the Frigocolanta Santa Rosa de Osos. For this research is applied a methodology based on the application of a general satisfaction survey and an interview built by the researchers for this non-experimental and descriptive study. Within the results it can be evidenced that a significant percentage of the population is satisfied with the type of relationship, which opens the door to see research on job satisfaction, addressing issues such as benefits, leadership, and others.
