Description
Summary:The IPS AESTHETICS AND SPA PAOLA PABON, in order to comply with the current legislation, in law 1562 of 2012 and decree 1072 of 2015, has designed the Occupational Health and Safety Management System, with the purpose of establishing the Mechanisms of evaluation, control and intervention of the risks to which its collaborators are exposed, this was done according to the Matrix of identification of dangers based on the GTC 45, where all the factors that influenced their daily tasks were identified. In addition, a workplace inspection was carried out and the results were taken as a basis for the preparation of the subprograms of preventive medicine and labor and hygiene and industrial safety. Likewise, within the planning process, the policy, the resources, the legacy matrix, the work plan, training plan, indicators and brigades are established, which allow IPS to implement the system as a whole and, in turn, to generate Awareness of the importation of the continuous improvement of the SG-SST to both Management and all personnel.
