Summary:The rise of new technologies and easy access to the virtuality of students, knocks the doors of the school and teachers, to turn ICT into a new alternative in classrooms, for this reason you want to understand the dynamics of pedagogical practices and training processes in primary school students, when supported by educational platforms, seeking reflection and qualification of the implementation of this tool in school environments. To this end, an ethnographic methodology was carried out, where the main instruments for gathering information were interviews, surveys and observations. For the qualitative analysis of the data, the program Atlas.Ti 7.0 was used, from which it was possible to categorize the information and perform the reflexive analysis. Within the conclusions of the research project is that the implementation of educational platforms in the population under study was able to motivate students and parents in school activities, allowing interaction between them and the exchange of information
