Summary:Throughout existence, the human being belongs to an organization or society where millions of men and women from all over the world work in different companies, facing challenges in fighting to fulfill their daily tasks. In addition, all organizations have a program or method to achieve their goals. The purpose of this article is to analyze how the topic of professional ethics has passed in management positions today and attitudinal behavior in the different work spaces that are presented. Occasionally, you experience uncomfortable working experiences with direct bosses, therefore, and the results that are given by these mistakes, failures and mistakes do not receive a courteous behavior from the bosses; almost always the body and verbal language is surpassed over their subordinates, it is important to achieve with this article to encourage business managers to take a turn of ethical and moral professionalism in all divisions with self-control training to face and develop good administrative processes . The methodology applied is descriptive because it examines the different administrative positions from the ethical behavior of the human being to the duty to do.
