| Summary: | Cuba is living a process of change. From the basis of the society, the productive forces, there are emerging new behaviors, new ways of making things, that so the functions of the State are being decentralized into the private or not-stated sector of the economy: the so called “cuentapropista”. This phenomenon brings within logic and special characteristics that require a more comprehensive analysis. If it is treated correctly could reactivate the economy of the country, but for this result, it is needed to give it an space into the Cuban Law, in order to arrange the status of this new workers in the country, that could be consider the genesis of the Small and Medium Enterprise in Cuba. |
