Summary:Being able to work is considered a fundamental right and a social obligation for any citizen within Colombia. Thus, at the end of the armed conflict facing our country, there are still challenges and goals to be met. One of them is the issue of economic reintegration, which plays a fundamental role for the demobilized people, who have gone through a process within the Colombian Agency for Reintegration -ARN-. In this way, the present research through a qualitative study and a phenomenological design, conducting semi-structured in-depth interviews, aims to show the social representations that entrepreneurs of small and medium-sized companies in the city of Cali have prepared in face of the demobilized and demobilized. the process of economic reintegration the role of this in society and the possible failures that the state could have with the economic reintegration route.
