Summary:	This document search to highlight the design of the operational plan in a scenario of Squash in the city of Bogota in the Salitre Sports Unit (SDU), where the functions and regulations of such use scenario is established, which also lists objectives and guidelines that must be met in the short term, therefore, an operating plan is usually established with an effective duration of one year. A business plan is a management tool that is useful to meet and develop goals, which allows you to specify the actions to be performed, set deadlines and appointing responsible for each action, define the necessary budget, can also track suitable for all actions and evaluate annual, semiannual or monthly management, as planned. (Modernization Program Management, 2014). Initially the needs of the sports arena, where the need to implement and carry out that plan emerges met, to do surveys to employees of the Sports Unit and a series of visits to the sports arena, which allow to know the operation with their weaknesses and opportunities for the creation of the business plan that generates the proper use and the use of space for a good service to the community.
